WordwrightWeb joins forces with San Antonio, TX-based web company

WordwrightWeb is always on the lookout for web companies to purchase. We even have a website dedicated to this venture, We Buy Web Companies. Over the years, we have acquired companies in Wilmington, Charlotte, Virginia, and South Carolina. For an ambitious start to 2024, we sent out a letter campaign to attract sellers, resulting in numerous leads. Naturally, not all leads are perfect matches, and a dedicated vetting process is required to determine compatibility when acquiring a company. We have some qualified leads still in the works, but we are thrilled to announce that we just completed our first acquisition of 2024!

WordwrightWeb has acquired a web design and SEO company based out of San Antonio, Texas. From this deal, we’ve gained web hosting and SEO clients. This acquisition is particularly notable for bringing in clients with Joomla Websites. Joomla has been surpassed in recent years by WordPress as the “best overall” Content Management System (CMS). These days, it can be hard to find a web developer that’s comfortable working on Joomla websites. Thankfully, WordwrightWeb’s team of developers are experts in Joomla, enabling a seamless transition for these clients. This acquisition not only increases WordwrightWeb’s clientele but also solidifies our nationwide reach, while maintaining our Wilmington, NC roots.

Our new clients now have access to enhanced services such as Joomla upgrades, migrations to WordPress, advanced web development/design, and a comprehensive suite of digital marketing options, including SEO & Google Ads management. Additionally, all of our websites are housed on dedicated servers, meaning these clients will also benefit from faster site loading times. We are excited to begin working with these clients and take their digital presence to the next level!
