Client Spotlight: CRNA Education

CRNA Education is an online continuing education resource for CRNA’s nationwide. They’re based here in Wilmington, NC and are 100% CRNA owned!

CRNA Education has been a client of ours since 2016. Founded in 2011, their goal is to provide easy access to the most current and relevant continuing education resources on the topic of anesthesia. 

What makes CRNA Education special is that they aren’t a giant educational corporation. They are actively practicing CRNAs, just like the audience their services were created for! This means that they not only care about the content available for crediting, but also how conveniently it can be purchased and accessed. Rather than just putting a price tag on a generic bundle, they offer a variety of ways to fulfill CRNA credits to appeal to each individual’s needs. 

Web Design & Development

When CRNA Education came to us, they had unique requirements and expectations for their website. Their previous website was programmed in Java, but they needed a new web development team and website. The new site needed to be fast, responsive, and nuanced so that users could browse options, purchase courses, register, and take exams. 

Because of this, we opted to rebuild the website from scratch and custom developed a Moodle + WordPress combination. Moodle serves as the backbone of the website, performing all of the e-learning functions and requirements. Meanwhile, WordPress serves as the face of the website, providing more modern and customizable pages to give website visitors context about CRNA Education. We also host the website on one of our private servers. This improves our ability to troubleshoot/help with the website, and ensures it loads quickly. 

Google Ads

In addition to web design, custom development, and hosting, we have been running Google Ads for CRNA Education since 2017 to keep up with the ever-growing competition. Our ads have evolved with the times, but have consistently returned a strong ROI on clicks and conversions while keeping CRNA Education at the top of search results. 

Social Media

A few months ago, CRNA Education’s owner reached out to us to help with their social media presence. They already had a Facebook page, so we opted to create an Instagram account. Most of their target audience is covered by these two platforms. 

While we have only recently begun the social media endeavor, we’re already seeing great results with an expanding audience and following. If you’re a CRNA, make sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram and watch out for any upcoming gift card giveaways!

In addition to Pay-Per-Click Marketing, we recently began conducting Search Engine Optimization. The goal here is to complement the sponsored ads with top organic rankings, ensuring CRNA Education is prominently visible to as much of their target audience as possible!
